\nE\u011fitim hayat\u0131m Ted Kayseri Kolejinde ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00c7ocuklu\u011fumdan beri \u0130ngilizce, yabanc\u0131 dil, yabanc\u0131 ki\u015filerle ileti\u015fim\u00a0 konular\u0131nda her zaman olduk\u00e7a heyecanl\u0131 ve hevesli bir birey oldum.<\/p>\n

Bu tutkumu geli\u015ftirebilmek ad\u0131na yabanc\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fum \u00f6zel dersler, ingilizce kurslar\u0131na olan merak\u0131m , farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerdeki insanlarla mektupla\u015fma arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile dil geli\u015ftirme, \u00e7evre geni\u015fletme\u00a0 ve sosyal a\u011f yarat\u0131m\u0131 , bu sayede farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri tan\u0131ma ve anlama konular\u0131ndaki iste\u011fim beni \u00fcniversite e\u011fitimimde de \u0130ngilizce b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne do\u011fru y\u00f6neltti. Anadolu \u00fcniversitesi \u0130ngilizce \u00d6\u011fretmenli\u011fi mezuniyeti sonras\u0131 daha fazla tecr\u00fcbe kazanabilmek ve merak\u0131m\u0131 profesyonelle\u015ftirmek ad\u0131na atm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fum, Ulusal Ajans Comenius Avrupa birli\u011fi Projeleri ad\u0131m\u0131 ile\u00a0 Bel\u00e7ika\u2019n\u0131n\u00a0 Ghent \u015fehrinde harika bir deneyim f\u0131rsat\u0131 yakalad\u0131m.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zg\u00fcr ifade , serbest metin , s\u0131n\u0131f g\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve farkl\u0131 okullarla yaz\u0131\u015fma gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7eren ,\u00f6\u011frencilerin kendi \u00f6\u011frenmelerinden sorumlu olmas\u0131n\u0131 kazand\u0131rma becerisini sunan Freinet e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 baz alan\u00a0 bir okulda Comenius Dil Asistan\u0131\u00a0 olarak g\u00f6rev ald\u0131m. Bu g\u00f6rev esnas\u0131nda farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131,farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerden insanlarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilme, tek tip \u00f6\u011frenim methodundan \u00e7ok \u00e7o\u00e7u\u011fun ilgi alanlar\u0131\u00a0 ve seviyesine g\u00f6re kullan\u0131labilir farkl\u0131 tekniklerin var olmas\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n uygulan\u0131labilirli\u011fi gibi konularda bireysel geli\u015fim g\u00f6sterebilmek ve sonras\u0131nda t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 i\u015f hayat\u0131mda, \u00e7ocuklarla olan ileti\u015fimimde ve derslerimde uygulayabilmek benim i\u00e7in yepyeni bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 demekti.<\/p>\n

Sonra \u00fclkemizin Metropol\u00fc, t\u00fcm karma k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri ve yabanc\u0131lar\u0131 bir araya getiren \u0130stanbul\u2019a geldim. Ve bu zengin k\u00fclt\u00fcr karmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran bir anaokulunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m.<\/p>\n

Daha sonra Do\u011fa Kolejinde \u0130ngilizce \u00f6\u011fretmeni olarak g\u00f6rev ald\u0131m. Burada Comenius Okul Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Projeleri y\u00fcr\u00fcterek, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131m ve koordinasyon ve organizasyon becerilerimi geli\u015ftirme f\u0131rsat\u0131 edindim. Ve kariyerime B\u0130LFEN ailesiyle devam ettim.<\/p>\n

Burada bulundu\u011fum d\u00f6nemde ders i\u00e7erik ve materyali haz\u0131rlama, t\u00fcmevar\u0131m ile \u00f6\u011frenim tekniklerinin faydalar\u0131, bireylerin kendi i\u00e7 ileti\u015fimlerini kuvvetlendirmeye y\u00f6nelik geli\u015fim sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 teknikler kullanmak, yine yap\u0131lan i\u015fe olduk\u00e7a katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan unsurlar oldu.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ok sevdi\u011fim bir arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131n beni \u00f6zel bir okula tavsiye etmesiyle kariyerime \u0130lkokul M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olarak devam ettim.\u00a0 Bu 1 sene s\u00fcren yolculu\u011fumda gerek velilerim, \u00f6\u011fretmen arkada\u015flar\u0131m ve can\u0131m \u00f6\u011frencilerimle olan ileti\u015fimimden \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck keyif alm\u0131\u015f olsam da, ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131m ve her zaman hayalini kurdu\u011fum i\u015f pe\u015fimi b\u0131rakmad\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p hayallerimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131mlar atmaya karar verdim.<\/p>\n

Bu karar\u0131 vermemi sa\u011flayan\u00a0 en b\u00fcy\u00fck etkenler ise ; ingilizce \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinin yava\u015f yava\u015f bana ula\u015fmalar\u0131 ve do\u011fru i\u015f bulma konusunda benden tavsiye istemeleridir. E\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak okullardaki kurucu veya \u00fcst y\u00f6netimin yine bana ula\u015farak kendi kriterlerine uygun \u00f6\u011fretmen aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda benden destek talep etmeleridir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra velilerin de kendi sosyal a\u011flar\u0131 neticesinde birbirlerine beni ingilizce \u00f6zel ders konusunda \u00f6nermeye ba\u015flamalar\u0131 benim bu i\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini hayata ge\u00e7irmeme yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n

Bu olu\u015fturdu\u011fum i\u015f fikri ;\u00a0 kendi a\u011f\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturarak i\u00e7erisinde T\u00fcrk ve yabanc\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin, okullar\u0131n, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ,velilerin\u00a0 bulundu\u011fu, birlikte \u00f6\u011frenme ve \u00f6\u011fretmeye y\u00f6nelik bir modeldir. \u00c7ok uzun bir zamand\u0131r insanlar\u0131n hayatlar\u0131na elimden geldi\u011fince dokunuyorum ve\u00a0 \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin kendi i\u00e7in do\u011fru i\u015fe girmelerine, okullar\u0131n aranan pozisyon ile uyumlu do\u011fru nitelikte \u00f6\u011fretmen\u00a0 bulmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyorum.<\/p>\n

Bu okul ve \u00f6\u011fretmen e\u015fle\u015ftirmelerini yaparken, ayn\u0131 zamanda yabanc\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenler ile birlikte konu\u015fma kul\u00fcpleri, YDS s\u0131nav\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131k , okula destek ve ingilizce dil bilgisini destekleyici \u00f6zel ders hizmetleri planl\u0131yorum. Sizlere bahsetti\u011fim bu tecr\u00fcbelerim \u015funu farketmemi sa\u011flad\u0131, ger\u00e7ekten kendinize inan\u0131p bu hayat yolunun sadece yapmak zorunda olduklar\u0131n\u0131zla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda, sizin i\u00e7in muhte\u015fem bir ser\u00fcven ba\u015flayacak.<\/p>\n

Siz de bulundu\u011funuz yerden farkl\u0131 bir yerde olmak isterseniz, bu konuda yard\u0131ma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrseniz, benimle ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7ebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n
