Hi, I am Pelin Bulut.

I started my education in TED College, Kayseri. I have always been very keen on English, foreign language and communicating with foreigners. The private lessons I had with native speaker tutors, and my interest in English courses caused me to communicate with people from various cultures through letters in order to develop my language, to expand my circle of connections and to form a network ;and my wish to learn and develop an understanding of foreign cultures led my final destination to the Department of English Language Teaching in my University education.

After graduating from the English Language Teaching Department of Anadolu University, I found a great opportunity through the Comenius European Union Projects in Ghent, Belgium, and this opportunity was going to help me gain more experience and add a touch of professionalism to my enthusiasm. I worked as a  Comenius Language Assistant in an educational institution  based on the Freinet School of Thinking which included freedom of expression, free texts, classroom diary and written correspondence with different schools and which was allowed students to be in charge of their own learning. During this employment , I had the chance to get acquainted with different perspectives and work with people of various cultural backgrounds, and  learning that there were different techniques  that suited the interests and levels of the students and the applicability of these techniques contributed to  my professional development. This development meant that I was going to be able to apply all these in my Professional life,and being able to apply these in my communication with  students and in my classes meant a new beginning for me. Some time later, I settled in Istanbul, which is a Metropol where many people with different cultures live together, and I started to work in a Pre-school  which housed all these rich cultures. After my experience at the Pre-school, I worked as an English Language teacher at Doga Schools.In this school, I was in charge of  Comenius School Partneship Projects. I travelled abroad with these projects and this helped me develop my skills in coordinating and organizing. I continued my career with the BILFEN family. During my employment in this school, course content and course material preparation, benefits of induction in instruction techniques, and use of advancement techniques  to strengthen the inner communication in individuals were among factors that made great contribution to the task performed. I continued my career as the Vice Principal of an Elementary School  when one of my  close friends recommended me to a school. Although it was great pleasure for me to be with my collegues, students and the parents, my dreams and my connections  did not stop chasing me, so I decided to take bigger steps to fulfill my ambitions. One of the biggest reasons that made me make this decision was that English teachers  were reaching to me and were asking for my advice in finding  the most  suitable matching job for themselves. It was during the same time period that school administrations were reaching to me and asking for assistance to find suitable teachers for their instutions. Meanwhile, parents of my students from the previous years were recommending me as a private English teacher to each other. Demands of teachers, school administrators  and parents helped me to bring my dream into reality.

My business idea  is a model which brings together Turkish and Native Speaker English teachers, school administrations, students and parents and which is geared to  learning and teaching together. It has been quite some time that I have been trying to touch upon the lives of people, and helping teachers find the right recruitment for themselves, and helping school administrations find teachers who are the most compatible for the positions they are offering.

In addition to pairing schools with teachers, I am planning conversation clubs with native speaker teachers,  YDS preparation programs,  support programs for school courses and private lessons to support English Grammar.My experience has shown me that when you realize that life is not only limited to the things that you have to do,  an awesome adventure is ready to start for you.
